Showings:
She will schedule appointments, coordinate itinerary, and obtain brochures and additional information for each property you are interested in viewing.
Negotiation:
Prior to submitting an offer, Christine will use her strong negotiating skills acquired through 16+ years of experience to review current pricing of "sold" properties to make sure you are getting the best value for your purchase.
Contract:
Using all forms required by law, she will prepare the offer, submit all corresponding paperwork, track and meet all important dates and keep you up to date on all forthcoming inspections and requirements needed to finalize your purchase.
Recommendations:
She will advise you of all necessary inspections and make suggestions as needed for mortgage lenders, attorneys, insurance companies, movers, etc.
Inspections:
She will schedule, coordinate and meet inspectors, review and submit repair items for your consideration.
Pre-Closing:
She will order all necessary inspection(s), survey, and repairs, submit all present billing to the closing agent with your approval, review the closing statement for accuracy, and provide you with a utilities list to assist you in obtaining services for your new property.
Post-Closing:
She will provide a closing statement for tax purposes and homestead information at the beginning of the year.
