The Lakewood Ranch business component includes Class A office, light industrial, retail and professional spaces. In addition, throughout the master plan there are standards that ensure the infrastructure, architecture and landscaping will be of the highest quality and will be maintained at the same level of excellence.

The three commercial park locations are designed on and around the same historic Florida ranch land as the residential homes, enriched by wetlands, preserves and lakes. Lakewood Ranch Corporate Park is a 600-acre campus-style business park that has become a major employment center along the I-75 corridor.

Commerce Park
